Sally at, Smiling Sally, is hosting this Blue Monday event. I have saved this hand painted trash can from my downtown photos to share with you today. I can't read the artist's name, but this is a local artist from our area. I think this is the nicest way to welcome people to throw away their trash. It must work because you never see trash laying around.
Please take time out to visit Sally and share the blue with many others who love the color blue.

Today was very blue - the Carolina sky, a real live beautiful Bluebird on my front porch and its mate in the tree, and feeling blue because you can't come to town for a while!! Deborah, Vanessa and I missed you Friday - we chatted about you and were hoping your day was good.......were your ears burning???
