Linking to Outdoor Wednesday
Susan at, A Southern Daydreamer, is our host for today's event. Please visit Susan's blog for great outdoor posts.
I wasn't going to post today and then I found the most gorgeous photos of the star of winter's birds. If you guessed the cardinal, you woud be correct. These are not my photos the photographer is unknown. I found them on the weather website.
ENJOY, I SURE DID.
Transferring these pics took away some of the clarity but if you love the beauty of a cardinal in the winter you will appreciate these beautful birds today.
Happy Outdoor Wednesday
Love,
JEANNE

Hello, Dear Heart,
A bright little fellow flirted with me as Sweetpea and I got home from school yesterday---he twinkled himself all over that back yard, amongst the small leavings of snow and the muddy grass, swinging on the grapevine like it's Summer in the South.
Hope you're all well and warm---looking forward to hearing all about your trip!

wow, those would be goregeous to see. We don't have beautiful birds here in the winter. Just magpies (rotten birds) and ravens.
all the pretty birds are smart....and hit the road (or shall I say sky) for the winter.
I think Claudie has taken a picture of cardinals visiting her yard before hasn't she.
