Cleaning Poem
I asked the Lord to tell me
Why my house is such a mess.
He asked if I'd been 'computering',
And I had to answer 'yes.'
He told me to get off my fanny
And tidy up the house.
And so I started cleaning up...
The smudges off my mouse.
I wiped and shined the topside.
That really did the trick...
I was just admiring my work.
I didn't mean to 'click.'
But click I did, and oops I found
A real absorbing site.
That I got SO into it.
I was into it all night.
Nothing's changed except my mouse
It's very, very shiny.
I guess my house will stay a mess...
While I sit here on my hiney. ...found this in my e-mail. Loved it!!
I have been gone and missing all of you. I am all cleaned up and ready to visit all of you asap. I tried to catch up today but I still have so many friends to visit. I will be over soon.
Blessings and love,
Jeanne

Good morning Jeanne! This little poem sums up the reason for the collection of dust bunnies I seem to see everywhere...LOL. Just the other day, DH asked if I wanted him to carry the dirty clothes hamper into the utility room....(subtle hint?)...I am wishing you a bright & sunny day on your beautiful mountain!

That poem is so true and we all occasionally get a little too caught up in our computer. Sure is fun though!! Hope you have a great day today!♥

Too funny. I like this, Jeanne. I put a load of clothes in the washing machine before I came downstairs. My sweet husband will hang them for us.
I'm off to work early.
Dang TarHeels! ;-) Where was Michigan last night?

Good Morning Dear Cousin,
How are you feeling after the long ride? I've been thinking of you and your recent sadness on top of knee surgery. Very easy to get down but I know that you won't !!! Love todays poem, as I sit here surrounded by Easter preparations
dust cloths, and vaccumming. It's frustrating as my knee won't allow my mind to do as it chooses!! You really never have to worry about dust in your house .....the view is so beautiful that no one notices!!! Love Chris

Hi Jeanne,
Cute poem, and that pretty well sums it up. My house is not too tidy now...between activities, the computer and everything else, I need to get busy.
Take your time, and get some rest.

Hi Jeanne,
Glad you're back! What a cute poem that pretty much sums it up! I know you must have a million things to do after being away for the funeral. Just do what you need to do!

I loved the poem and really did laugh out loud! I need to copy it and place it at the top of my desk! It is so true!
You must have a gillion things you would like to get done, but remember you are healing, not just emotionally but physically. Don't over due it!
Thinking about you,
XO
Beth
Was your surgery a knee replacement? You seem to be doing amazing:) Or leading us all to THINK you are.

Love this Jeanne! It is so true. Hope you're not snowed in! I know it must be cold up there b/c it is here. Hope your family is doing ok. I'm sure that is a tough loss to get over. LOL & happy Easter if I don't get back over here.
