Blue Monday with our very special host Sally at, Smiling Sally. Check out Sally's blog for some great blues.
Today my special post is...
WHAT ELSE
Cheri' Carmin also known as CC.
Her homecoming was last night. She is a very spunky little girl. No accidents yet!!!
However...
When we put her in her crate last night all h... broke out. How can a tiny little three pound puppy make that much noise?
She hollered for about 45 minutes and even when I tried to calm her down she stilled cried. finally Bill put his hand in the crate and she calmed down at last.
This morning at 6:00am we woke her up to take her out to do her business. She bawled us out royally for about 10 minutes.
This minute she is in her princess bed by my feet.
WE ARE IN LOVE.
PUPPY LOVE.
Remember this bed?
Our first visit with Cheri'
Cheri in her harness hand made from a craft show
Her little face was groomed. Home in her princess bed at last.
Her trip home wore her out...Until she went to bed!!!
Awwwww she is so sweet and quiet. Not for long!
We are thrilled with our baby poodle. it helps so much with the pain of losing our Babette.
Thank you all for your thoughtful comments about our baby girl Cheri'
She Lights up our life.
Blessings and love, Jeanne
She looks more like a large puppy than a poodle here with Bill. How precious! We got a kitty recently and he has been such a joy to have.

AWWWWWWWW CC is absolutely ADORABLE!!! It is crazy how loud they can be when they are not getting their way! I know she is going to become accustomed to your home and you soon, and then she will be happy as can be in her crate or "safe spot". She is just too CUTE and YAY for no accidents.......yet...lol
Hope you have a wonderful Monday bonding with little CC.♥

I stopped back by to answer your question. I think the magazine would be a little young for the 15 year old, but the 13 year old still may enjoy it. In any area where kids write in or give an opinion there are quite a few 13 year olds (they always put the childs age). You might buy one from the store, wrap it as a gift, and if she does enjoy it, let her know you will order a subscription for her. Just a thought to see if it is in the right age range. Hope that helps.♥

What a sweetie!!! I know you love her already. Our neighbors have ChinChin and Cheri---both apricots, and cleverly named.
We also have a new doggy addition to the household---a three-year old FuzzPup who is quite at home with us. Didn't utter a peep all those hundreds of miles in the back seat last week, and is such a sweet little fellow.

I am almost in tears reading this. What a sweetie pie she is, Jeanne! You are so going to love having another fur baby to love, and CC is a cutie pie. I'm SO happy for you. And I pray she stops the bawling. LOL! I know about that. I had two, and that's the reason... they keep each other company. Now don't you think you need to get her a playmate??? If so, get them six months apart. That way both will bond with you. That's what my vet recommended, and it worked beautifully for us. Though Miss T was a tiny bit upset about it. When we brought her sister home, it was like, "Okay, I've played with her and am done... now when does she leave???" Miss T sulked for a few days and got over herself. LOL! Jealousy, thy name is Min Pin. ;-)
Looking forward to more stories about this cute, cute baby girl...
Happy Blue Monday!
XO,
Sheila :-)

What a gorgeous and sweet Princess! I love her, too!!! I'm certain it is hard to let her feet "hit the ground"!!! I'd be carrying her EVERYWHERE! Cheri' looks perfect in her bed....and I'm so happy she's making her hearts feel better. She won't replace Babette, but she'll give you another fur bundle to love. I'm certain Babette is smiling a big smile...she loved you guys just as much as you loved her!
Have fun with your precious bundle. L, Dana
PS Just returned from Nell Hill's. I bought her Christmas book and some garland! We were celebrating Mary's birthday.

Jeanne,
She is so adorable and precious. Miss CC makes me miss our own apricot poodle who we got as a new puppy. he was so devoted and loved unconditionally. tears come easy as we remember these fur babies who so take over our hearts.
She is a lucky tiny girl to be blessed to be in your home. I hope she adjusts quickly:)
ps I love her coloring!~♥

Oh my goodness she is so cute!!! I think I wouldn't want to put her down! When we got Dexter he stayed in his crate the first two nights. He hasn't been in it since....but then again he wasn't a puppy. I hope she brings you many many years of happiness.
take care,
Dawn

Oh Jeanne, what a sweetie CC is! That little face with the puff of white on her head--just sooo cute. There's nothing like a puppy to melt your heart and make you smile. I'm sure she'll adjust quickly--she's a fortunate young lady to be part of your family now!
Thank you once again for your prayers for my mom, they are ever appreciated.

Oh, my goodness, Jeanne...CC is ADORABLE!! She is just too cute...look at that sweet face! And that little white powder-puff tuft of hair on her head--oh, I could kiss that! The first hours/days with a puppy can be tough. So think of it as tough love just now...things will settle--LOL! Her little plaid jacket is so cute. And I wouldn't mind a princess bed like that to curl up in either--so sweet! Hope things go well day by day, and that you all have fun and many happy years together. Can't wait to see more of CC! Happy Days, my friend ((HUGS))

awwww, Jeanne...what an absolute adorable baby this is. Sooooo cute and sweet looking. I just love her color. I know the next few weeks might get a little hectic, teaching her some of the basics but when you already love one so much, it's not bad at all. She sure is a little honey and I can see why ya'll are IN LUV !! :o)
