Susan at, A Southern Daydreamer, is our host for sharing our outdoor experiences and photos. Thank you Susan for hosting an event that is so well loved. For more outdoor posts visit Susan's blog. You will love what you see.
My post today is all about snow. That white, COLD, fluffy stuff that never ceases to make us smile. There is something about snow that is just magical.
However, it can be a big problem when trying to get somewhere.
I choose to think about how beautiful snow is...
SNOW...bring it on!

QUILT PROJECT DAY 6
Today is block three. I have arranged the 90 squares and like each block I arrange I give myself time to study it for possible changes.
You have seen block 1 the blue jay already sewn, waiting for the blue jay to be added. Block five the cardinal and now block 3 the robin, is shown today. I will go in the order of the blocks from now on.
Jeanne that last picture on the river, looks just like our River right now. How weird is that?
Happy OW
Love Claudie

I'm not doing an OW today. I'm working on a COCO post for tomorrow.

You are doing a fabulous job on that quilt!! LOVE those snow pictures. We are supposed to have an arctic front come in today but I don't think we will get any snow with it. I would LOVE to have a bunch of snow again!!!
Also, so glad you caught your mouse and not to scare you but when we have had one mouse there have always been more....eeeeeek! Sooooo, you might have one or two more or even a nest. Be on the lookout.
Hope you are having a wonderful Wednesday.♥

Jeanne, you are better about snow than I am! LOL! I want it stay north of the Florida border, but they are saying we might get snow this week. ARGH! You know what that means for the citrus growers, farmers, plants, etc. So pray that it stays north of us along with this artic chill. It has been freezing in Central Florida, and they are predicting a blast to hit Miami by the weekend. We are all PRAYING.
Love your quilt. It is going to be beautiful. Can't wait to see how it turns out, and I am getting more excited by the day about your visit! :-)
XO,
Sheila :-)

The photos of the snow are beautiful, but your quilt is stunning! I love how it goes from light to dark. This is something I've always wanted to learn; its still on my bucket list. I'm thinking I will start with a small one to hang on the wall, one with family photos.
