I said a few posts back that I would show the wall of windows after it was painted. I am finally finding the time to show the after. I think it looks so warm and inviting. The color is Laura Ashley gold #3.
WALL OF WINDOWS BEFORE AND AFTER
BEFORE
AFTER
I took this early in the morning before the sun came up. I captured the sunrise above that same morning.
Have a wonderful day.
Love, Jeanne
morning girl...the after is beautiful! I love the sunrise pic you captured! It's amazing the difference we can make with alittle paint but it's glorious the results God makes with the touch of his hand...hope all is well with you and yours my friend and that you have a wonderful week! ~Picket~

I love the color you used on your window wall Jeanne. I can't believe you did the individual patches on the quilt by hand. That is a lot of work girl. The girl in the picture is not me. It is a vintage photo I "borrowed" off Flickr. Love the picture of the sunrise. I so rarely see one. I am a bit of a night bird and hardly ever wake up early these days.

And, your sunrise photo is breathtaking. I would love savoring the beauty every morning.
Love you.

Jeanne,
No wonder you're so sweet of temperament, with that glorious view awaiting you at sunrise, and then the eternal GREEN of those hills and mountains through your windows all day.
Thank you for sharing from so far away.

Jeanne dear, I love that color and it makes the already beautiful room even lovelier, showing off your paintings and drapes really well. What a view - gorgeous at any time of day and year, you are so lucky to have such beauty outside your window.
Well busy lady, know you are chomping at the bit to get out there in the garden - just don't try to do too much at once! Bob and I were hurting last night after working all day - these lower backs just don't seem to enjoy all the bending and lifting anymore! The weather was perfect though so we had to get out there as the rain had washed much of the pollen away at last, thank goodness. The entire gazebo was greenish and took a while to get clean. I also cleaned out the potting shed and the back deck got a wash down. I did a Summery sea shell tablescape and washed all the white china that sits on the baker's rack on the deck. Today I'll do the front porch and wash the outside of the windows.
So grass is cut, shrubs are growing fast, clematis blooming, jasmine ready to fill the Spring air with heady perfume and a mass of flowers. Planted a small tulip poplar where the old oak was felled, hopefully it will thrive, and right now I have bluebells all over the garden.........reminding me of English bluebell woods! Can you tell I'm happy with my garden right now and glad I can see all this growing beauty before heading to Africa (depart May 12).
Ooops, this is turning into a letter - must go! Have a nice visit with your cousin.
Love and hugs - Mary
