Today I am joining Sally at, Smiling Sally for Blue Monday.
Rhondi at, Rose Colored Glasses for Rhondi's Porch Party June 21st, 2010.
Cielo at, The House in the Roses for Showoff your Cottage Monday.
For lots of blogging fun, please visit Sally, Rhondi and Cielo. You will be inspired by all the lovely posts you see.
Thank you to the hosts for each special meme.
I am sharing my upper deck today. It is 20 feet high on a mountain side and we love our lovely view. For those of you who may not know, my blog header is our view from our deck. This deck is on the front our home.
First some blue for Sally. The is my hubby's favorite place to sit on our deck. I won't have to explain why!!!
Now for my favorite place to be on our deck.
Where the refreshments are silly!!!
Lemon pound cake and lemonade. Come join me.
We are surrounded by lush green forest. My deck is not too large, but it is very cosy.
Oops! I left a flower pot on the chair. I am going to put something that blooms in it. I'll share it later in another post.
We are proud to be Americans, so we always fly our flag.
I love Daises. They grow wild here.
I love birdhouses too.
My summer grape lights. I turn them on every evening.
More lights and my newest bird house.
My puppy watching me take photos of the deck through the glass door. She saw the cake and was very interested in getting into the goodies.
Have a wonderful day.
Love Jeanne
Good morning, dear friend. And, good morning to your family. I know you all are having a wonderful time together.
Look at you. You did manage a post. I'm very impressed - with you and your deck. Everything looks so pretty and cool. I wish I were there with you.
Love.♥♥♥

Hi Jeanne
Oh I just love your deck. The blue chair, the wicker, the fun grape lights, the birdhouses, the view.. I just love all of it. But the best part is being able to spend some time with you on your porch as we sip lemonade and eat cake!!
Hugs, Rhondi

There are few things more delicious than lemon pound cake--unless you add vanilla ice cream on top!
I love that blue rocker and its little rug. What a team!
Happy Blue Monday, Jeanne.

I, too, find myself interested in the goodies on that welcoming table!! It's a perfect vignette of Summer---a cool, shady nook, with comfy chairs, and table set for guests. A pitcher of lemonade and a freshly-baked pound cake---oh, my.
How better could the easy-livin' be!

Morning, dear Jeanne! Oh, I love your deck - it's just gorgeous! I can just imagine sitting out there looking out at your beautiful view! I don't think I'd want to do much else! :) The refreshments look so tasty and I can see why little C C wants a tiny lick! :)
Be a sweetie,
Shelia ;)

Oh, and CC is adorable as usual!

I bet your having sooooo much fun with the gang Jeanne. That blue rocker looks like the one from Cracker Barrel that Julie and I saw when we met Teresa : )
Does Bill go bare feet on that rug? I mean to wish his team good luck lol
Ahhhhhhh little CC girl.
I'm wishing you a really great sunny week with the grands Jeanne. No need to reply this week. I know your thinking of us.
OH and BTW... I made a triple whopper batch of your famous chicken recipe on Sunday. THEY LOVED IT. Now I'm making stew for mom and another batch of spaghetti. She leaves Thursday early morning. We have a great wedding to attend of Sat. I'll send you some of the pics of the present I wrapped and altered card and pretty wedding gown girl. So cute.
Love you to the moon and back again.
Oh one more thing.. you know my little birdies? They flew the coop yesterday, already, not even 2 weeks old. I saw them flying around outside today. So ugly, yet so cute.
Watching the sunset right now. Longest day of the year. Happy first day of summer.

Good Morning, Jeanne!! I am so late visiting you. . . had a lot happening in the last couple of days. Your porch is wonderful...I love every square inch of it!! That chair of Bill's looks just like a rocker I bought (unfinished) and painted for the nursery when our first baby was born.....I am kicking myself for selling it in a g.sale. We had totally run out of room at that house...so I sold it. :( Anyway, I can see Bill rockin' away in that chair and being the King of the Hill as he surveys his domain! :) I love your corner, too, Jeanne. It looks so comfy and cozy! How I wish we had daisies growing wild...they are one of my favorite flowers! Your grape lights are awesome....you know how much I love light up plastic decor!! I've been trying to find some red, white and blue lights for my back patio....so far, none. Anyway, your porch is wonderful. I hope one day to visit and enjoy some time with you in one of those chairs!! Love little CC looking out at you!
Thanks for the great share!!
Love you! Dana
