Welcome to Blue Monday, hosted by Sally at, Smiling Sally. Be sure and visit Sally's Blog for lots more blue to enjoy. Thank you Sally for working so hard to keep the blue coming each Monday.
Do you have your nails done very often? I do not take time for such a luxury, but my cousin Marilyn is so talented in art and she uses her art talent to create nails such as this...
These photos are from Google, although my cousin is capable of great art on Nails.
Blue fingernail fun.
Would you do this?
Happy blue Monday
Love, Jeanne
Would you believe I have never had a professional manicure of any kind, let alone a fancy blue one! Those are amazing -- my daughters would love them. They also keep threatening to haul me off and get me a manicure!

Those are fantastic!
Personally, I would have them broken off in a matter of minutes.

Did she really take the time to paint SpongeBob on every one of those nails? Crazy! :) I like the ones with the white flowers on them. Creative post...thanks!
Have a wonderful day! Be sure to visit my blog for a great giveaway!

WOW--those are fantastic! Your cousin is an artist, Jeanne--a real nail artist! I do like the 4th one--the French Manicure with a hint of color & glitter. If I was going for "bold" I'd try that! ;o) I'm not much into having nails and nail polish. I do so much with my hands all the time, I'd have the nails looking awful & chipped in no time... LOL! My sister used to get her nails done (this was pre-baby...LOL!) and she would get all kinds of colors & art done---it is pretty neat. Oh, so glad you got the bracelet-gift, Jeanne...and that you were so happy with it. :o) Happy Week ((HUGS))

I like the 4th photo! I have never had my nails painted by someone else either!

Such works of art-really lets an individuals personality shine thru-right to her nails!

I use to do my nails. Love the nail looks. have a wonderful blue Monday.

I wouldn't take the time or spend the money, but my daughter gives herself amazing manicures. Layers of polish with delicate designs. I can see how she does her one hand but she manages to do both! And they look great!
Your photos show amazing talent. Very cool.

Happy Blue Monday, dear Jeanne.
And, here I spent all of these years thinking blue nails were a sign of a possible health problem. Now, they are art. ;-)

I love having manicures!! And...I don't have them done often enough.
No, I'm sorry ~ I wouldn't have my nails painted in any other way than a single, simple color...or the French Manicure. :-)

Wow! Those are some nails! I never get manicures because I would ruin them while working on mosaics. I do get pedicures....they are heavenly!

Penny

I do my own nails, but not like this. Marilyn is truly talented.
Happy Blue Monday, Jeanne!

I have only had one manicure and it nearly ruined my nails. Never again. Never would I want blue nails. This seems to be the "in" thing for younger folks.

First off, I could never manage with nails of that length. LOL I enjoy a nice manicue once in awhile, but give me the clear polish for my nails. I'm not one to decorate my nails. :-)
I think this is cute for the little girls I see that do this. Just not for me. ~ Sarah

Hi Dear Jeanne! Oh, look at all these nails! I'm just amazed at what can be done to such tiny little palettes! :) This takes talent and good eye sight! :)
I've had my nails done but never had any little pretties painted on them. But what I really like is a pedicure! :)
Be a sweetie,
Shelia ;)

Art, indeed!! I'd never wear it, for mine are cooking-short and never polished, except for a little slick of Sally Hansen Clear for special occasions.
I WOULD, however, pay to have the GrandDaughters' nails done, if they'd like to.

blue nails are super cute!

Pretty nails...but not on me! I keep mine clipped short. Wish I could have pretty nails, but I don't so it is just not that important to me!
Hope all is well with you!

These would last mayyyyybe until I reached home. I'm way to hard on my nails to try something this exotic. Thanks for sharing this fascinating process. Cherry Kay
