Memories of childhood, Jeanne!! What a sweet page, and I'm so glad you have that book---he did so many views of life through a child's eyes, and captured the innocence and self-importance and narrow view of the little ones.
And the painting---I don't think I've ever seen that one.

Thanks for sharing. I never heard that particular poem by Stevenson. Although as I child I memorized his poem about swinging and can still repeat it.
