Sally at, Smiling Sally, is our host for sharing our blue today. Thank you Sally for bringing us Blue Monday every week. Please visit Sally's blog for lots more blue.
What did you do on Black Friday? Did you endure the crowds to get a jump on your Christmas shopping?
Did you brave the crowds to get a bargain?
NOT ME!!!
I really dislike to shop in a crowd. However, I do have a wish list and these items were on sale.
Very tempting, but still, I did not cave in and go shopping.
What do you think of these?
and this...
SIGH!!!
Awwwwwww, this is so cute.
I love anything blue.
I'm still dreaming of something blue for Christmas.
How about you?
Happy Blue Monday
Love, Jeanne
Hi Jeanne! No Black Friday for me, I stayed home and put up the tree:@)

Happy Blue Monday, my dearest friend.
You know how much I dislike shopping. However, I did make a quick rum in Home Goods Friday afternoon to pick up some new garland. It wasn't on sale, I just needed it.

I stayed happily at home on Black Friday. Shopping in crowds just makes me forget what I came for.

Happy Blue Monday! Loved your blues.
We didn't do any cross-border shopping on Black Friday even though the bargains were tempting.

Nope...no shopping for me...as a matter of fact, I didn't set foot outside the house that day. Stayed inside, feet up on the ottoman, sitting in front of the fireplace and crocheted. Tom, I and the pups were all on vacation in Bangor, Michigan. We were only away for 4 days, returned on Sunday. We did have turkey on Thanksgiving...in the form of a Turkey sandwich and some of my vegetable soup. We didn't want to fuss with a whole turkey (or even a turkey breast, with only a few days and the 2 of us eating off of it). We had an awesome newer Cottage on a pond. It was magnificent - so relaxing - only 3 hours from home. :)

I am with you. There is nothing I want or need bad enough to get in that mob on black Friday. I hope Santa is reading you blog. You have some very nice blue suggestions for him.

What great deals you got! I don't brave the crowds during Black Friday- I'm to much of a coward. Have you seen Emily Hendersen's Blog? She has Blue Tuesdays!

And mom picking beans at our Ohio home and the two of us sitting around the kitchen table stringing them up for the winter. I don't remember how they taste but I remember the good times associated with them.
