IT'S ALMOST TURKEY DAY
Did you buy your turkey yet?
Wishing you all a great Thanksgiving Day and a happy Blue Monday.
Blessings and love, Jeanne
I don't have a turkey to buy as we're going to our daughter's for Thanksgiving dinner. However, I'm baking the pumpkin pies.
Happy Blue Monday, Jeanne. Love this cartoon.

A very cute turkey cartoon. Thank goodness I do not have to buy a turkey. My daughter-in-law is doing all the good cooking. I am taking ice and eating. Blessing to you and family.

This is cute..............of course being vegetarian AND not having to cook, there will be no turkey purchasing here! We will be off on a road trip and enjoy dinner at a great NC restaurant.......then a posh hotel, before heading toward Concord and Charlotte for the weekend where I plan much treasure hunting!!!!
You have a wonderful time - make sure everyone helps you Jeanne.
Love and hugs for Thanksgiving.

That's what I like to see "no turkeys were harmed in this post" lol
Well we made it. Whirlwind tour. We made it in 48 hours. All is cleaned out and sold. My mom was so neat, that the apt doesn't even need to be cleaned. Amazing really. My Aunty Claire, my mom's sister that lives in the same building complex was a BIG help. She networked all the sales. We loaded up mom's personal things in the big blue truck and headed back home. We stopped in T.O. for some food shopping, cookware ( yes Randy is taking up cooking) and he actually bought himself a PINK Cuisinart. Can you believe it? Too funny. We drove right to Cornwall and placed my mom's things. She walked into her little apt. and started crying. She felt so much better seeing her belongings. I even put up her favorite pictures on the walls. Tonight will be her first night. I think my sister is more nervous than mom. Oh Jeanne, she's really forgetting so fast so sudden. It's sad, but I'm trying to keep her spirits up. She knows what's coming, and I know that's what is scarring her. I'm going there tomorrow, Thurs. and Sat. while Deb and Bill go to N.Y. for Thanksgiving.
So my wonderful friend, that's what's happening here this week. Randy and Colt just left for school. I'm alone with my thoughts till 10:00 tonight.
I wish you a blessed Thanksgiving with your family. I know you will have a lovely time. I love you and think of you sooooooooo often. BTW... Check Julie's blog, she got a dog : )

That's so cute. The only one that doesn't like this holiday is the turkey. Have a great one Jeanne.
