Please visit Sally at Smiling Sally for Blue Monday. If you are in love with the color blue, don't miss a visit to Sally's blog today.
I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas Day. We sure did. If we were home, we would have had a white Christmas like this...
White christmas...the back of our home with my nephew and great nephew and niece, PLAYING IN THE SNOW.
Front of our home closeup.
My backyard neighbor's home. ( my sister)
A bit of blue in my sister's yard. (A bottle garden)
Beautiful.
Our driveway.
This was taken from my sister's deck. Check out our view.
So...A White Christmas and we are not there. Sigh!!!
*Thank you Bill and Caralie for the wonderful snow Pictures. We love them.
However, we have had the most wonderful Christmas here...
Our daughter's home in Jacksonville, Florida.
Happy Blue Monday
Love, Jeanne

Love your daughters fireplace and wall. I guess it's also because I love blue too. Will your roads be cleared by the time you head back? I hope so. It's cold here in Florida but I'm not sorry we're missing out on the snow....lol...Take care and enjoy the family.

You make a good Christmas wherever you are, Sweetpea!! I think there are people who just create atmospheres of good times and fellowship and welcome, and you're certainly one of them.
I hope you get home in time to stand in those big windows and look out onto the snow, enjoying a cozy, indoor day while the world sleeps beneath the white.
Hope your Christmas was everything you dreamed and more!

Hi Jeanne! Aren't you glad you're not there dealing with that drive of yours? I know it is lovely, but what an ordeal! We experienced that kind of weather last Christmas Eve and Day.....I love a White Christmas, but not several inches of it! :)
My hubs was off today and we had a great time returning and exchanging gifts....mixing with the thousands of other folks in our area on the same mission. THEN we visited cell phone providers...shopping for new ones and new service. They make me crazy with all of "their plans". All I kept thinking was "yeah, they have a plan for us, alright!" :) We ended up deciding not to make a decision today. I returned to my exercise classes tonight...hadn't been in A MONTH!! OMG...it was a struggle, but I made it. I hope the weather is warm enough tomorrow for a little "run". My friend gave me fun running stuff for Christmas, plus I bought a sensor for my shoes that will help me track my distance with my iPod. Whoo-hoo! Good times! :)
It's nearly bedtime......hope you have a safe trip home!!

Nothing blue about this post Jeanne. I LOVE IT ALL. But glad it's at your place lol
It's late, and I have to get up to meet my mom and sis at Sister Lolotte's place tomorrow. I'm looking forward to her beautiful smile.
My mom is having her New Year's Eve, Wed. night from 7-9pm, so off I go again. I'm her guest : )
Riley's here tonight, and going snowboarding in Vermont on Wed. Should be fun. Have you heard of Jay Peek? I was there a very long time ago, skying. I remember your great stories about your medals.
Ok off to bed. Talk to you soon, miss you my friend.
