FLEA MARKET SALE FOR ONE DAY
I packed up all my stuff, some treasures and some not and participated in a one day Flea Market in our Community Center. It was sponserd by the Senior Games Organization in our county.
It was hard work and very satisfying because I made some money and sold some things I was committed to giving a new home. My sister and a friend all had a space and we had fun. Until we had to pack up the unsold items. I am happy to report I had three empty boxes to bring home. A few full boxes too. All in all a big success.
I took a couple of photos to share.
There it is, all just out there on the tables. No room for decorating and making nice presentations.
As you can see there are lots of 2nd time around items and lots of thrifty buys too.
Keep on thrifting and finding that treasure for very little money.
We call it a bargain high!
Love,
JEANNE
Three empty boxes does sound like a very good day. Hope you're staying dry in all this rain. Take care.

Hi Jeanne!
It does look like you had fun and I'm glad soem of your treasures were able to find new homes. I know I probably would have taken some home had I been able to shop at your table :)

What a fun time you must have had. I've been considering doing something similar with my mom ... renting a table at an antique mall or rummage sale. We both have lots of stuff we could/should part with. Thanks for sharing and congratulations on your successful event.
