Happy Labor Day to all. I am thankful for a day of rest from work and for being with my family.
That church is so pretty.
Did you listen to yesterday's song? I know you would like it.

Happy Labor Day sweet sista # 3.
I recognized that church right away.
Randy and I had our last outdoor shower just a few minutes ago. It's cool, windy and I think summer is officially over ; (
I'm sad about it really. I'm NOT ready.
I'm emailing Sherry that is hosting the shoe swap. I just can't wrap my head around a "shoe" these days. I'll probably be the only one who isn't doing a swap, actually I'm not sure if Claudia is doing any either, anyway I'm also trying to get out of the laurel one. I know I'm bad, but I'm not inspired to do any of them. I want to enjoy everyone around me at the BAKE SHOPPE where we are swapping.
Deborah will be speaking to Becca (the one that she's driving to Asheville with) tomorrow. Deborah would like to come home with us on Sat. night after we spend the evening walking around Asheville. She's suppose to drive back with Becca on Sunday, but I told her she should back out and leave on Tuesday when we have to drive Claudia to the airport. She's in agreement and found a flight around the same time as Claudia. I hope it all works out.
Ok, gotta get those other emails out.

I hope you a peaceful, quiet holiday (or a rousing, family-filled good time)---whichever you have planned.
We had a quiet Saturday, then Sweetpea spent the day yesterday (we spent about three months in a bouncy-house play-zone for a couple of hours) and today's all about house-righting and weekend's dishes and laundry and getting the packing started for our trip later this week.
Hope you're enjoying some of this COOL weather ---it's 62 right now and doesn't propose to get much higher today.
We have the windows and doors open and I may just crank up that big ole stove and bake brownies.
