WELCOME TO "MY"
Beverly, at How Sweet the Sound, is hosting Pink Saturday for the most fun Blog Party of the week. My year will be a pink one because of you. Thank you Beverly.
A FAMILY SKI TRIP TO PARK CITY, UTAH
I was looking at some old photos and came across a photo of three of our five children with their spouses that went out west with us to ski. We spent several years skiing out west and the memories of these times are very special to us.
I noticed I was wearing pink so I am sharing this photo today in honor of the color pink.
(from left to right first row girls)
daughter Christina, Jeanne, me, daughter Diana, dtr-in-law Beth (passed away from cancer at age 42)
(back row boys)
Son-in-law Garrett, Bill, my hubs, Son-in-law Robert, son Brett
The sun was in our eyes so we all look kind of squinty.
I really miss those happy times.
Happy Pink Saturday
Love,
JEANNE

I love that picture, Jeanne. Aren't you glad you have such wonderful memories?
Hope you're making great Journal Progress!!! Have you glued your little fingers together, yet? I've been working on mine off and on all day. It's been good therapy for me. I had to start over cuz it wasn't "working"....and I'm glad I did. It's nothing great, but I am enjoying doing it. I can really tell that I need to take some scrapbook classes.....I'm sure there are tons of "tricks" that I could use if I knew what they were! :)
Hope you have a great PSat and thank you so much for your concern and support this week. It's been hard on all of us....but most of all on our girl.

Oh how I love your family. I'm sorry that Beth isn't in the picture anymore Jeanne : (
I know you LOVED to sky with your kids. I bet you could still do some bunny trails right?? Might have to give you a hand if you fall, but I know you would ROCK them ; )
Quiet day today.
Glad you are learning how to finish your quilts. It's only been what 20 yrs??? HA HA
We finally have + temps. but not for long. Randy and I are exhausted looking for a deal to go away in Feb. It's not looking good. Maybe we will put that money towards a little screened in porch for the guest cottage. Then we can sit and watch the sunsets with NO mosquitos!!!!
