A BEAUTIFUL MOUNTAIN HOME AND PROPERTY
On our way to town we drive by this property just a few miles from our home. It is owned by a retired proffessor from the University of Florida and his wife. They have devoted much of their time keeping their property manicured and gorgeous. My photos can't begn to share the detailed beauty of this lovely little piece of heaven on earth.
I have tried to capture the beauty of this mountain property for you to enjoy.
Their home is set way in the back of their property
These trees are in full bloom along the road as you pass by their property. They are a pale pink but you can't tell in my photo.
The driveway to their home. Trimmed and lovely always.
The lake in the front of the property. The pale pink blooms show up just a bit in this photo.
This lake view shows the driveway in the background.
Here is a note of interest. They have matching riding lawn mowers and can be seen mowing twice a week to keep the grass at the perfect level. Did I say they were devoted to keeping their property beautiful at all tmes? We mentally thank them every time we pass by.
Happy Outdoor Wednesday
Love,
jeanne

Hi Jeanne! What a gorgeous property! Just like a dream land! Oh, you're coming to Houston? We live about 50 miles from downtown! I would love to meet you face to face! As the time gets closer, let's see what we can work out. We could meet! :)
Be a sweetie,

They have gorgeous property, Jeanne and it does appear they take care of it so well! It almost looks like a full time job, but I imagine they enjoy it.
Yes, life has been hectic for me lately. In between the happy family occasions I have also been clearing out my Mom's house so it can be sold. She lived there 60+ years and it is very full of stuff. I am finding things from my, and my siblings, childhood . It is rather an emotional task.

Oh I so know where that property is Jeanne. Do they really have dual lawn mowers?? That's so cool. I bet they get many admirers. Heck Claudia and CC were taking pictures of their sweet pond in Oct. You captured it's beauty for sure. I'm in awww of those cherry blossoms. My tulips are up a couple inches, but I'm afraid they might have gotten frost bite last night ; (
Had my nails done today. Didn't want to go out it's so miserable, but I am going to meet Isabelle on Friday, and going to Bill's game on Sunday and just couldn't go with these nails, lol.... so, nothing else new around here. Bella's still limping. Still have to carry her out and on and off the couch, but I'm sure it's just a very bad pulled muscle. Nothing the vet can do.
How was bridge? Are you still bowling, or is it over now. I can't believe Bill cut the grass today WOW!!
Going to bed to read on my iPad now. Actually Idol was pretty amazing after all. I wouldn't know who to put in the bottom 3, do you?? I never liked Heyjude or what ever his name is because of his antics, but he pulled it off tonight... still don't like him though.
Good night my dear Jeanne. I think of you always.
Love YTTMABA
