Linking to Outdoor Wednesday
Susan at, A Southern Daydreamer, is our host for today's event. Please visit Susan's blog for great outdoor posts.
My friend Cami at First Day of my Life, is hosting Thankful Thursday. I am happy to join her blog party because being thankful is so important to one's happiness in life.
I am Thankful for Spring which brings Easter.
I am thankful for our Lord who gave His life for us on the cross.
I am thankful that I am alive and active to live it to the fullest.
I am thankful for going to Florida to have Easter with our loved ones.
I give thanks for the beauty of Spring which gives us the miracle of renewel.
This poem is the perfect expression of Spring and Heaven on earth.
"All that is sweet, delightful, and amiable in this world, in the serenity of the air, the fineness of seasons, the joy of light, the melody of sounds, the beauty of colors, the fragrance of smells, the splendor our precious stones, is nothing else but Heaven breaking through the veil of this world, manifesting itself in such a degree and darting forth in such variety so much of its own nature."

DOGWOODS ARE BLOOMING LIKE CRAZY IN THE MOUNTAINS
I was driving home from town yesterday and this is what I saw...
My first photo was through my car window. The mountains ahead is where I live.
It isn't a very good photo but you can get the idea.
My view through my car window.
I pulled off the road to get the next two shots.
There are miles of these bushes and trees along the highway on my way home.
These trees are in the bud stages but still beautiful.
When I arrived home I took these photos of our dogwoods behind our garden shed.
We are blessed to live in these beautiful mountains.
Happy Outdoor Wednesday
Love,
jeanne
What a beautiful drive home. I know you love living there, and I can see why.

I saw them, I saw them, I saw them. They are MAJESTIC Jeanne. So beautiful.
You are so fortunate to have such beauty at your fingertips.
It's raining very lightly now, but the sun was out this morning.
Feeling a little better this afternoon, but not home free that's for sure.
