Please visit Sally at Smiling Sally for Blue Monday. If you are in love with the color blue, don't miss a visit to Sally's blog today.
Thank you Sally for our Blue Monday fun.
We must honor our veterans and our troops.
A veteran is someone who, at one point in his/her life, wrote a blank check made payable to˜The United States of America for any amount, up to and including his/her life.
In Rememberance
********************************************
This prayer is from a marine who served our country with pride.
As a final thought on my part, let me share a favorite prayer: 'Lord, keep our servicemen and women safe, whether they serve at home or overseas.
Hold them in your loving hands and protect them as they protect us.'
Let's all keep those currently serving and those who have gone before in our thoughts. They are the reason for the many freedoms we enjoy.
If we ever forget that we're one nation under God, then we will be a nation gone under!

God Bless our Soldiers,
Past, present and in the future.
Blessings and love,
JEANNE
Beautiful Jeanne. I hope you are having a relaxing Memorial Day weekend, but I have a feeling you are busy. Bless all who served and are still serving for our freedom.
Our long weekend was last weekend. It was beautiful, and so was this weekend. Randy was able to get all the lawns mowed, but paid a hefty price for it. I did manage to make him and Colt a nice dinner. Nothing like yours, but they were thankful.
Just had a little snack in bed. I never do that, but my body was screaming carbs. I ate a sesame bagel with cream cheese and strawberry jam. I haven't had a bagel in months. Why am I telling you this? Lol.
Goodnight my sweet friend.
Happy Blue Monday.

a Blank Check made payable to the USA...at all costs.
That is pretty profound.
It is amazing to think of what these men and women do for our freedoms....and we must...THINK ABOUT IT.
Last year at this time I was in Utah with my kids, and we got to go visit Matt's gravesite.
I missed that this year.
I was a little "blue".
(hmmm....blue, for blue Monday I guess)

I hope your Memorial Day was blessed, Jeanne.
We had a fantastic day ....woke up this morning to high winds. I wanted to work in the yard but won't, until the winds calm.
Have a good week.

This was so lovely. NanaDiana posted a video and it made me cry! We must always remember our service men and women. They really give 100 percent! This was so lovely Jeanne!
