IT IS GREAT TO BE HOME
We had a wonderful cruise down the Rhine in Europe but home is always where our heart is. I will share some cruise pics in the next weeks but today for Blue Monday I am going with Sunsets from different states in the USA.
Can you guess which state they are from? The weather channel shared these and I was impressed.
Before the sunset pics I have one pretty Christmas tree taken in a town along the Rhine River.
This photo does not show how pretty these lights were in person but you can get the idea. It ws at least 30 feet tall.

Now for the sunsets.
I guess I am in awe of these beautiful sunsets because where we live on our mountain all we see is the sun rise. The mountains behind us are so tall we never see the sun set.
Happy Blue Monday
Blessings and wishes for a wonderful New Year in 1013.
Love,
JEANNE
Hi Jeanne,
That tree from Germany, the place where Christmas trees began . . . is super special.
I noticed that you did not have a photo, so I selected one for you. Thanks for being so faithful to Blue Monday, and for sharing your blues.
Happy New Year and Happy Blue Monday!

I think your photos are terrific! What a Blue Monday share! Wow! I can picture that tall lighted tree! So beautiful.
I bet one of the sunsets belongs to Hawaii or California. On the water! But they are all so pretty.
Happy New Year 2013!

Happy New Year Jeanne *hugs*
Welcome back from your beautiful vacation and it was so good to have you visit and your own sweet comments..*s*.
I can't even tell you how I love the sunsets you took pictures of. I never thought of your not having sunsets like that where you live...I don't know whether I've seen any that lovely. You know you should frame those pictures.
The Christmas tree is beautiful...my so tall too.
Marc and I were off for 11 days and back to work tomorrow. It was such a nice time and we enjoyed every bit of it. Now its time to put away Christmas and focus on the new year. I don't make New Year's resolutions as such but I always start out with some new inspirations and thoughts I try to hold on to throughout the year..*s*..
I can't imagine we are into the new year already. Christmas and the holidays are so in our minds so in advance and then they arrive and we are off to a new year.... I hope it is a very good one for you and your family...wishing all best... xoxo
