I am celebrating my life at 75.
I am blessed with a wonderful family, dear friends and a husband who has loved me for 51 years.
Who could ask for more?
I have to admit being 75 is a bit of a shock. I can't help thinking...how did I get to be 75 years yoing so fast?
My mother used to say, " No one else can make you happy Jeanne. Only you can choose to make yourself happy."
I believed her and she was absolutely right.
S0...I choose to be thankful and very happy to be alive and well at age 75.
It is a priviledge denied to many.
The following is part of a poem I read by, Earnie McCray
It is far too long to share it all.
********
I’m digging the age of 75,
grateful that I’m still able
to get out and exercise
and realize
more and more
that life is to be engaged
with a sense of play,
in a spirit of fun,
having come
to know
that there is no better way
to get the job, of making the world better, done.
Next trick.
Making it to 76.

Happy Blue Monday
Blessings and love,
JEANNE

Happy Birthday my true love. :)
As to how you got to be 75 ........... Pay attention now ................ you were born in 1939.
Hope that clears that up. :)

Jeanne, you look so great!! To be here at 75 is a wonderful thing, enjoying all the Lord has for you to do and enjoy. My Son and his family just spent a few days with us and he heads up a Paramedic team that visits seniors in their homes (like doctors used to do). He says many of his patients are bed ridden at 70--so that gave me a whole new look on being 67. Hope you enjoy the week.

The Happy, Happy, HAPPIEST of Birthdays to YOU, my Darlin' Girl!! I so wish you a wonderful, bountiful, gorgeous day, filled with all the things you've been sharing so graciously all this time with us who visit your blog: Family, Friends, Fun, Food, Flowers (little bit of unintended alliteration going there) and sunshine and interesting things to do and see and taste and hug.
y
What a DAY you'll have (better not get started in Seuss-speak---I wickety-wacket you clear on til lunchtime, and confound anyone on this end who tries to speak to me). I wish you the VERY best and best and best.
I hope you know what your kind, sweet Jeanne self has done for all of us, and your sharing it in such a sunny way---that's just icing on the cupcake. Thank you for just being YOU. That's the best of the Best.
love from way over here,
rchl
PS As you know, I'm also married to a bit of a scamp. That BIll just WON'T DO.
