Our great niece is getting married,
so the sisters planned an old fashioned bridal shower tea.
Hats were a must.
The sisters...
We decided on a tea theme and we collected beautiful cups and saucers for weeks. They were all different and were given away as a treasure to keep. Each guest was given time to choose the cup and saucer they wanted to take home and that is where they were seated.
Carmen, Caralie, Jeanne (me), Jane Anne, (the grandmother of the bride to be), and Diane.
The bride to be is in the middle.,
Jennifer, (cousin) Grandmother, Sarah, (bride), Maggie, sister of the bride and Abbyjane the mother of the bride. Some of the hats were vintage.
The tables...
All of the dishes were vintage.
The brides colors are eggplant and beige.
Some of the tea cups we found for each guest.
Royal Winton creamer and sugar bowl.
The food
Scones. Delicious.
They were beautiful and delicious.
The cupcakes were hand made by my dear friend's daughter Colleen. She taught herself to create these gorgeous flowers.
Everyone selected the tea flavor of their choice.
Cousins
Kayla, Lily, Sarah, Maggie and Jessie.
Five of our great nieces.
Sarah, Izzy, Amber and Maggie
Bride, more great nieces and the bride's sister.
Because of the many photos I shared this is not very wordy.
I am pleased to say, "The shower was a huge success."
Blessings and love,
JEANNE
